The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is dedicated to the upliftment of historically disadvantaged individuals, with a particular focus on promoting access to the property sector and addressing local community challenges in Gauteng.
As part of our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme, we invite proposals from organisations focused on education, youth empowerment, people living with disabilities, and women’s empowerment. Proposals in discretionary areas, such as disaster relief, humanitarian aid, welfare, charity, and organised faith groups, will also be considered.
Eligibility Criteria:
The GPF will consider funding applications from organisations that meet the following criteria:
- Must be registered as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), Non-Governmental Organisation
(NGO), Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), Section 21 company, or Trust. - Must serve previously disadvantaged communities in South Africa, with at least 75% of the beneficiaries being black, in line with the BBBEE Charter.
- Must be able to provide externally audited financial statements or reports.
Exclusions:
The GPF will not consider funding applications from:
- Political parties or any organisations affiliated with political parties
- Labour unions
- For-profit organisations or individuals
The funding is capped at R100 000 including VAT, and the GPF’s CSI programme will not cover operational expenses, including salaries or running costs.
