Dr. Ezra Ndwandwe
Dr. Ezra Ndwandwe founded Dual Point Consulting in 2003, specialising in management consulting services such as strategy development, business process re-engineering (BPR), change management, performance management systems, and leadership development.
He brings extensive experience from roles at SABMiller, McKinsey and Company, Reckitt & Benckizer, and Unilever, including his previous position as Group Research, Strategy and Projects Executive at SABMiller. Ndwandwe holds a master’s in business leadership from the University of South Africa and a BSc from Wits University.
