Kasi-4-Real

Kasi 4 Real is a programme designed to enhance the township economy through providing funding for your existing township development in Gauteng.

Application Requirements

• You must be a resident of any township within the jurisdiction of Gauteng.
• You must be the registered title deed owner
• Equity contribution of 20%
• There must be adequate available space in their back yard to build a minimum of 4 bachelor units of a minimum of 15 – 20 square meters.
